Q: How do we book our stay?
Q: Can we bring our pet?
A: Yes! We are pet friendly. We require a fee of $10 per pet. We have fenced areas for dogs as well, behind the main cabin.
Q: How do we check-in?
A: Once your reservation is complete and prior to your check in date, you will receive an email with our travel guide and instructions on how to check in. We offer self-check in, so when you arrive, you will be able to access the front door keypad by using the last 4 digits of the person’s cell phone number who reserved your booking.
Q: Do I need to bring in my own linens and towels?
A: No, we provide all of that for you!
Q: What do we do with the laundry?
A: Please leave towels in the bathroom (hanging or in the shower). Don’t worry about stripping the sheets; we’ll handle that for you!
Q: Do the cabins have heat/air conditioning?
A: Yes, they do!
Q: Is there wifi at the cabins?
Q: Is there cable television?
A: Yes, we have Dish Network available at all of the cabins.
Q: Can I get an early check-in/late check-out?
A: Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Please message us in advance if you are interested in early check-in or late check-out. We will do our best to accommodate, if we can!
Q: How many people do the cabins sleep?
A: In the baby cabins, we offer a queen-sized bed and a sofa that folds flat into a bed. The sofa futon is best for one adult or two children. So, the baby cabins sleep 2-4 people. The main cabin features two king-sized beds, two queen-sized beds, a queen sleeper sofa and two sofa futons that fold flat into a bed. The sofa futon is best for one adult or two children. So, the main cabin sleeps 10-14 people.
